Introduction

This form will take about 10 minutes to compete if you have all the information readily available .You need to add your home and mobile phone numbers to your details in order to list your property. The more factual information you can provide the easier it will be to sell your property. That means an extensive itinerary, room dimensions and preferably ten photos. Does you current agent or publicist provide so many pictures to potential buyers?

Whether you are listing a rental property or a home, make sure to include information on the surrounding area, as well as the distance to major attractions. You should also include information such as facilities and shops, particular if the property is in a smaller town or village. This will help the buyer form a more positive impression before he gets to the area. A disappointed potential buyer will not be a buyer.

If you wish to include a description of your property you may do so. Describe your entire property from the outside before describing the interior. Also each room can be described individually.

We should be obliged if you could also measure all the rooms noting both the maximum (minimum) lengths and widths as you check off the room itinerary. This will allow us to calculate the total size of your living space and plot size on your behalf.

Remember more details present an accurate picture that allows serious buyers to act quickly.


Your Details

You can add contact information through My Details button i.e. telephone numbers, VOIP and messenger details that allows to be details to be shown and contacted directly, as well as though our built in private messenger system.

For your privacy emails addresses are never shown. This avoids you receiving unsolicited Spam.

We will only contact you via email if you have received a message from a buyer or if you have chosen to receive mails about property meeting your search criteria.


Completing The Form

The first form relates to general information about your property. The second relates to rooms – you need to print off the relevant number of copies, one for each room.

If you are unable to finish filling in the form, simply click Next until the end. Changes will be stored and you can view what your done.


Mandatory Information

The mandatory sections are marked with an asterisk and they include: The system will not allow you to proceed until this information is included.

  • Enter County/City followed by town/village/suburb name and the first part of your postcode if your place is not listed in the Location field.
  • Complete Purchase/Rental Pricing Options/Contract Type.
  • Sales state Freehold or Leasehold and terms of lease.
  • Rentals state whether is shared or single. Maximum number of persons is for holiday rentals only.
  • Currency - Input your price without using any commas, decimal points or currency symbols.
  • Charging 1500 Euros per month is very different from charging 1500 Yen per month or 1500 Euros per week. Be sure to select the correct currency.

Suggested Information

Year of Construction, Size, Rooms and other Various Characteristics.

Although it is not mandatory to provide information in these fields, this is the first thing site users see when they click on your listing, so we recommend providing as much information as possible so the listing does not look bare. The more information you provide, the greater the chances of increasing the interest of a potential buyer or renter.

Please note that if your property is for sale, but is also available as a vacation rental, you will need to list the property twice.


Photographs

When choosing your pictures, keep in mind what you have included in your description. Instead of writing a paragraph about the great location, or describing the excellent views or the wonderful decoration, say it with a picture.

Show as much of the property as possibly. Include an external photograph of the property, and photos of as many room as possible including the kitchen. If you have a large bathroom or room with unique features please provide photos of them. Toilets excluded.

Priority in the search results will be given to those with sellers who supply photos. Scanned photos and floorplans are also accepted.


Property Description

This is the final thing customers see, so it should be crisp, clear and attention grabbing. Keep it short, and be sure to point out what makes your listing unique. For example: Lovely chateau, 160sqm w. terrace and panoramic views over the hills. Village shops and restaurants 0.8 km away.

However please try to avoid estate argent jargon and terminology such as the following:

  • “Fantastic or charming” means the property has not many specific aspects worth describing.
  • “Spacious” means decrepit or impractical.
  • “Great neighbourhood” means this property is not very nice but others nearby maybe.

Do not use! Exclamation marks!!

Serious buyers are aware of the double meanings. Our emphasis is placed on pictures and facts to sell your property. Include accurate room dimensions and total living space.

Don’t stretch the truth. A house surrounded by a plot of land is not the same as a house with manicured gardens. Just remember that there is always someone looking for a property just like yours. We’ll help you find them!


Review Your Listing

You can view your listing after completing the form. You will see your property listed on the right below the login box.

Click on View to see your property.

To edit or add more information, just click on Edit and continue.


Publish Your Property

Return To Edit Your Property and click on listing active. You can also go here to suspense property listing during updates. This section determines whether others will be able to view your property. If you are unable to finish filling in the form, simply click Next until the end. Changes will be stored and you can view what your done.

You’ll be able to save the changes you made to your account. When you go back and finish it, simply click Activate Listing box to start advertising your property worldwide!
